HQP can help your organization implement Advanced Preventive Care

Replication consultancy is a service HQP provides to help other organizations successfully adopt and implement Advanced Preventive Care with reproducible effectiveness.  Analyses identify patients likely to benefit from the enrollment (population targeting), program resource requirements, implementation timelines, and expected ROI.  A comprehensive set of services is provided to ensure successful program implementation, staff orientation and training, and leadership coaching to optimize team performance.

Replidaption®: its harder to say, but it makes replication 'work'

No, its not a spelling error... "replidaption" is a word coined by Ken Coburn, HQP's CEO and Medical Director, to represent in one word, an understanding that replication (high fidelity) and adaptation (changes to optimize performance for a specific new context) are integral, inseparable, and are both essential for the successful use of Advanced Preventive Care by other organizations.  The choice between fidelity and adaptation is not binary - only one or the other. The goal is to optimize the blend and balance of both for a given circumstance.  Just think of it as an innovative way HQP can help your organization implement and use Advanced Preventive Care with greater reliability and effectiveness.
